Buckwheat Sorghum Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 flax egg 1 tbsp ground flax+2 tbsp water
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup sorghum
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 heaping tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

Preparation

  1. Make flax egg and set aside

  2. Mix water and cashew milk together and add ACV

  3. Whisk all dry ingredients together

  4. Add wet to dry and stir

  5. Add in flax egg and oil

  6. Stir and let sit for 5 min while pan and oven preheat. Preheat oven to 250 to keep pancakes warm
