Easy Nutritious Oat Blender Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • sprinkle of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Cook the mixture on a greased frying pan.

  3. Serve with berries and maple syrup.
