Maple Almond Butter Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca starch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk (less or more depending on your thickness preference)
Preparation
Whisk together the wet ingredients then stir in the dry
Heat a pan or griddle and brush on oil
Cook the pancakes on one side until bubbles appear then flip
Serve with more nut butter, bananas, and maple syrup
Also delicious to add in berries or chocolate chips to the batter!
