Greek Yogurt Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 almond milk
- and 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp baking soda
- and 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
To make these combine 2 eggs, 1/2 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup low fat vanilla Greek yogurt, 1/2 almond milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract
Then add 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt
Place on a griddle and cook on each side until golden brown
