Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 almond milk
  • and 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • and 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. To make these combine 2 eggs, 1/2 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup low fat vanilla Greek yogurt, 1/2 almond milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract

  2. Then add 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt

  3. Place on a griddle and cook on each side until golden brown

  4. Enjoy
