Pancakes for Tomorrow’s Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add almond milk and coconut oil and mix until smooth

  2. Spoon one pancakes' worth of the mixture into the pan. When you will see bubbles and the edges start to look dry and brown carefully flip the pancake and cook for another one minute or two on the other side

  3. Top the pancakes with a Maple Syrup, any kinds of berries or anything you like. Enjoy
