Vanilla Toffee Buckwheat Crepe Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 70g egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 15g buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey
  • toffee flavour drops
  • 25ml almond milk

Fillings

  • kefir yoghurt
  • low sugar granola

Preparation

  1. Mix together all the ingredients.

  2. Fry the mixture in coconut oil.

  3. Fill the crepe with kefir yoghurt.

  4. Top with low sugar granola.
