Vanilla Toffee Buckwheat Crepe Breakfast
Ingredients
- 70g egg whites
- 1 egg
- 15g buckwheat flour
- 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey
- toffee flavour drops
- 25ml almond milk
Fillings
- kefir yoghurt
- low sugar granola
Preparation
Mix together all the ingredients.
Fry the mixture in coconut oil.
Fill the crepe with kefir yoghurt.
Top with low sugar granola.
