Jamun Flavored Pani Puri Shots

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Jamun
  • 2 glasses water
  • Black salt
  • Regular salt
  • 2 teaspoons roasted cumin seeds
  • Green chilies
  • Lime juice
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves
  • Salted boondi

Preparation

  1. Chop the Jamun and blend it with 2 glasses of water in a mixer.

  2. Add black salt, regular salt, 2 teaspoons of roasted cumin seeds, green chilies, lime juice, coriander leaves, and mint leaves to the mixture.

  3. When serving, add salted boondi to the shots.

Tips

  1. Modify the spices according to your taste and preference.

  2. This is not a replacement for imli or dates chutney; use those if you prefer traditional pani puri flavors.
