Creamy Vegan Mac N Cheeze

Ingredients

  • 300g cooked/roasted pumpkin( I used a butternut one)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onion ( or a very small one)
  • 50g cashews
  • 200 ml water
  • 3 tbsp yeast flakes
  • 1 tsp tapioka starch( or other)
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews for 15 min in hot 1/2 of the water ( 100ml)

  2. Add all ingredients to the mixer and blend 3

  3. Put the sauce in a pan/pot and let it cook for a few min

  4. Until it thickens 4
