Creamy Vegan Mac N Cheeze
Ingredients
- 300g cooked/roasted pumpkin( I used a butternut one)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 onion ( or a very small one)
- 50g cashews
- 200 ml water
- 3 tbsp yeast flakes
- 1 tsp tapioka starch( or other)
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Soak the cashews for 15 min in hot 1/2 of the water ( 100ml)
Add all ingredients to the mixer and blend 3
Put the sauce in a pan/pot and let it cook for a few min
Until it thickens 4
