Sheet Pan Pasta with Cheezy Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked, or 1 can chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 1 heaping Tablespoon of runny raw tahini
  • 1 healing Tablespoon nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Toss chickpeas, tahini and nutritional yeast together well

  2. Spread on parchment lined baking sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes

  3. These are great on everything, but especially all of your favorite Italian pasta dishes
