Simple Peach Crisp with Oats and Fruit

Ingredients

Crisp

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 1/4 cup gf all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup date sugar {or coconut/regular}
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup melted butter/coconut oil

Filling

  • 2 peaches {diced}
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8x8 baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, stir together the crisp ingredients and in a separate bowl, stir together the filling ingredients.

  3. Press down 1 1/2 cups of the crisp mixture into the bottom of the baking dish, top with all of the filling mixture, then add the remaining crisp mixture on top.

  4. Bake for 40 minutes and serve with ice cream, yogurt, or vanilla icing and cinnamon.
