Vegan Peanut Butter Maple Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 7 Tbls flour
- 2 Tbls peanut butter
- 2 Tbls maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 8 Tbls nut milk
- 2 Tbls apple sauce
Preparation
Spray a bowl with nonstick oil or coconut oil.
Mix all ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 2.5 minutes.
Check if it has risen and is fluffy; if not, continue cooking in 15-second intervals until done.
Add desired toppings.
