Vegan Peanut Butter Maple Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 7 Tbls flour
  • 2 Tbls peanut butter
  • 2 Tbls maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 8 Tbls nut milk
  • 2 Tbls apple sauce

Preparation

  1. Spray a bowl with nonstick oil or coconut oil.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl.

  4. Microwave on high for 2.5 minutes.

  5. Check if it has risen and is fluffy; if not, continue cooking in 15-second intervals until done.

  6. Add desired toppings.
