One Minute Chocolate Chip Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tbsp almond or oat flour
- about 1/2 a spoon of maple syrup or coconut sugar
- Pinch of baking powder
- Sprinkle of vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
In a small bowl stir nut butter and maple until creamy, add flax and milk and stir
Add flour and baking powder
Transfer batter into a mug (or bowl), sprinkle with chocolate chips and microwave for one minute
If it needs a few extra seconds, add in 20 second increments
