One Minute Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp almond or oat flour
  • about 1/2 a spoon of maple syrup or coconut sugar
  • Pinch of baking powder
  • Sprinkle of vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl stir nut butter and maple until creamy, add flax and milk and stir

  2. Add flour and baking powder

  3. Transfer batter into a mug (or bowl), sprinkle with chocolate chips and microwave for one minute

  4. If it needs a few extra seconds, add in 20 second increments
