Easy Vegan Pizza Crust with Quinoa
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa (soaked overnight)
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp dried herbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Drain the water from the quinoa and blend with all ingredients until a smooth dough forms.
Grease the pan with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes at 425°F.
Then add your favorite toppings and bake again for a few minutes.
