Easy Vegan Pizza Crust with Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa (soaked overnight)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried herbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Drain the water from the quinoa and blend with all ingredients until a smooth dough forms.

  2. Grease the pan with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes at 425°F.

  3. Then add your favorite toppings and bake again for a few minutes.

  4. Enjoy!
