Beet and Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 150g rice
  • 3 smaller beets
  • 2-3 full spoons of cream cheese
  • salt and garlic granules to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook the rice and beets separately.

  2. Grate the cooked beets.

  3. Add the grated beets to the cooked rice until the desired color is achieved.

  4. Add cream cheese and spices to the cooled mixture.

Tips

  1. Beets from a jar can be used instead of fresh ones.
