Ingredients

- steamed cavolo nero kale

Preparation
Prepare the homemade chickpea and mushroom patty by mashing chickpeas and mushrooms together with any binders, forming patties, and cooking until golden
Steam the cavolo nero kale until tender
Slice the avocado, tomato, cucumber, and red onion
Assemble the burger by layering the steamed kale, patty, sliced vegetables, alfalfa sprouts, and coconut aminos on organic spelt bread
