Triple Fried Egg Butty Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 70g wholemeal bun
  • 2 teaspoons butterpak spreadable
  • Hot rocket mix
  • 3 fried eggs
  • Peashoot salad
  • Red onion
  • Radish

Preparation

  1. Fry the eggs in a non-stick pan until cooked to your liking

  2. Prepare the vegetables by washing and slicing the rocket mix, peashoot salad, red onion, and radish

  3. Toast the bun if desired for added crispness

  4. Spread the butter on the bun halves

  5. Assemble the sandwich by layering the fried eggs and prepared vegetables between the bun halves
