Bowl of Vegan Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 c. raw cashews, soaked at least 3 hours
  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 1 t. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 t. nutritional yeast
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Soak your cashews in 4 cups of water overnight

  2. In the morning, drain and rinse the cashews

  3. In your blender or food processor, blend the cashews with the garlic cloves, olive oil, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, water and salt and pepper
