Easy Versatile Peanut Sauce for Everyday Use

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or nut or seed butter of choice (almond butter or tahini)
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup organic rice vinegar or juice of 1 lime
  • a few dashes of fish sauce (Red Boat brand)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix together all of the ingredients until smooth.

  2. Drizzle over desired foods such as spring rolls, lettuce wraps, roasted vegetables, or breakfast salad.
