Super Easy Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 tuna cans
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 1 finely diced small onion
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 Tbsp of liquid from the tuna can
  • lemon juice
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • 1/4 cup homemade mayo or store-bought 100% avocado mayo
  • lettuce of your choice

Preparation

  1. Drain the tuna cans and reserve 1 tablespoon of the liquid.

  2. Prepare the vegetables: shred the carrot, finely dice the onion, and chop the celery.

  3. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well until evenly blended.

  4. Serve the tuna salad on a bed of lettuce or as desired.
