Super Easy Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 3 tuna cans
- 1 shredded carrot
- 1 finely diced small onion
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 Tbsp of liquid from the tuna can
- lemon juice
- sea salt
- black pepper
- 1/4 cup homemade mayo or store-bought 100% avocado mayo
- lettuce of your choice
Preparation
Drain the tuna cans and reserve 1 tablespoon of the liquid.
Prepare the vegetables: shred the carrot, finely dice the onion, and chop the celery.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well until evenly blended.
Serve the tuna salad on a bed of lettuce or as desired.
