Homemade Caffeine-Free Chai Spice Blend
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper (reduce by half for less spice)
- 2/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2/4 tsp ground cloves
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Keep the mixture in a glass jar for up to 3 months.
