Homemade Caffeine-Free Chai Spice Blend

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ground ginger
  • 2 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper (reduce by half for less spice)
  • 2/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2/4 tsp ground cloves

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Keep the mixture in a glass jar for up to 3 months.
