Starting My Morning Right with a Pumpkin Latte

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Place the oat milk and water into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over low heat

  2. Add the pumpkin purée together with all the spices and whisk until smooth

  3. Turn the heat off, stir in the espresso shot and pour into your favourite mug
