Five-Minute Grain-Free Crab Courgette Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 large courgette
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- a small fistful of fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon capers
- sea salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup brown and white crab meat
Preparation
Throw all ingredients into a large pan and cook for a few minutes, mixing well.
Ensure the courgette is slightly wilted but not soggy.
