Homemade Vegan Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups cashews, soaked overnight or boiled
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- A big pinch of salt & pepper
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed until smooth.
