Japanese Curry with Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 250 grams peeled shrimp
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 packet NICCHI Japanese Curry Spice Mix
Preparation
Cut the carrot and potato, and set aside.
Slice the onion, and set aside.
Sauté the onion until wilted and fragrant.
Add the potato and carrot, sauté briefly. Then add the shrimp and peas.
Add 750ml of water.
Cook until the vegetables are soft.
Add 100 grams of NICCHI Japanese Curry Spice Mix.
Cook until the sauce thickens.
Add sugar and salt to taste.
The Japanese shrimp curry is ready to be served.
Notes
This recipe can be made with beef, chicken, or shrimp.
The curry mix is halal, contains no MSG or preservatives.
