Kelantan-Style Mee Kuah Soup
Ingredients
- Bone or meat
- Yellow noodles
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Sliced onion
- Ginger
- Black pepper
- Mustard greens
- Carrot
- Cabbage
- Egg
- Tomato
Preparation
Wash and drain the yellow noodles.
Boil the bone or meat until tender.
Pound the red onion, garlic, ginger, and black pepper together.
Heat oil and sauté the pounded ingredients until fragrant.
Add the sautéed mixture to the broth along with the sliced onion.
Add salt, a little MSG, and Maggi seasoning.
Let it sit for a moment, then break in the egg and add the vegetables and tomato.
Finally, add the noodles and serve.
