Quick Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1. Pop Wild Salmon into an oven proof dish... marinade with my five spice salmon recipe (swipe up in stories, post is a lot further down)
  • Vegetarian - substitute the salmon for my miso aubergine ? ? - swipe up in stories)
  • 2. Add a punnet of cherry tomatoes to the same oven proof dish and pop both into the oven
  • 3. Mixed salad leaves onto a plate ?, slice on some red onion and cucumber
  • 4. Pop sweet potato into microwave to cook, when cooked, pop on a knob of butter to serve
  • 5. Wash asparagus - pan fry in a little olive oil, salt & pepper for a few minutes
  • 6. Supervise kids homework/ Pokémon wars
  • 7. Oven beeps - salmon/tomatoes ready - pop it all onto a plate, sprinkle on sesame seeds & chilli flakes (for flavour & not just because it makes a pretty insta photo ??‍♀️) & serve
