Tuna Sandwich with Avocado and Herbs
Ingredients
- 1 large can tuna
- 1 avocado
- Dill, to taste
- Coriander, to taste
- 1 small onion
- 1 medium pickled cucumber
- Juice of 1 whole green lemon
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle
- 1 tablespoon cottage cheese
- Black pepper, to taste
- Bread of choice (such as toast, French, or sourdough)
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Slice of cheese (such as Gouda)
- Butter, optional
- Lettuce leaves
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients lightly
Stuff the mixture into the bread after spreading it with any desired hot sauce
Add a slice of cheese
Toast in a toaster
Optionally, spread butter on the outside before toasting
Open the sandwich and stuff with lettuce
