Banana Coconut Sorbet with Tahini Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 5 frozen baby bananas
  • fresh coconut meat from one young coconut
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • tahini
  • date syrup
  • pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Blend the 5 frozen baby bananas, fresh coconut meat, and 1/2 cup coconut water until smooth.

  2. Mix tahini, date syrup, and a pinch of sea salt to make the sweet tahini butter.

  3. Drizzle the tahini butter over the sorbet and serve.
