Banana Coconut Sorbet with Tahini Drizzle
Ingredients
- 5 frozen baby bananas
- fresh coconut meat from one young coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- tahini
- date syrup
- pinch of sea salt
Preparation
Blend the 5 frozen baby bananas, fresh coconut meat, and 1/2 cup coconut water until smooth.
Mix tahini, date syrup, and a pinch of sea salt to make the sweet tahini butter.
Drizzle the tahini butter over the sorbet and serve.
