Chia Beet Parfait
Ingredients
- for the bottom layer
- 5 frozen bananas
- 1 thumb size piece of beetroot
- for the middle layer
- 3/4 cup of plain nondairy yogurt
- for the top layer
- 3/4 cup of non dairy milk mixed with a thumb size piece of beetroot
- 1/2 cup of non dairy yogurt
- 3 tbs of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 1 handful of freeze dried raspberries
Preparation
Combine all ingredients for top layer into a large bowl
Mix well and set aside
Combine all ingredients for bottom layer into a blender and blend until smooth
Pour bottom layer into glassware of choice and add yogurt
Add chia into glassware and garnish with freeze dried berries
Serve and enjoy!
