  • banana
  • nut milk
  • dates
  • cocoa powder
  • nut butter

Mango shake

  • 3 cups mango
  • coconut cream or milk

Creamy coconut nice cream

  • bananas
  • coconut flakes
  • vanilla extract

Chocolate pb dreams

  • peanut butter
  • bananas
  • cocoa powder
  • milk of choice

Berry good nice cream

  • berries

Preparation

Snickers smoothie

  1. Combine banana, nut milk, dates, cocoa powder and nut butter

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Top with coconut whip, crushed peanuts or sea salt if desired

Mango shake

  1. Blend 3 cups of mango with coconut cream or milk until smooth

Creamy coconut nice cream

  1. Add bananas, coconut flakes and vanilla extract to a blender

  2. Blend until creamy

Chocolate pb dreams

  1. Combine peanut butter, bananas, cocoa powder and milk of choice

  2. Blend until smooth

Berry good nice cream

  1. Blend the berries until smooth
