Healthy Vegan Shakes and Ice Creams

Ingredients

Snickers smoothie

  • banana
  • nut milk
  • dates
  • cocoa powder
  • nut butter

Mango shake

  • 3 cups mango
  • coconut cream or milk

Creamy coconut nice cream

  • bananas
  • coconut flakes
  • vanilla extract

Chocolate pb dreams

  • peanut butter
  • bananas
  • cocoa powder
  • milk of choice

Berry good nice cream

  • berries

Preparation

Snickers smoothie

  1. Combine banana, nut milk, dates, cocoa powder and nut butter

  2. Top with coconut whip, crushed peanuts or sea salt if you wish

Mango shake

  1. Blend 3 cups of mango with coconut cream or milk

Creamy coconut nice cream

  1. Blend bananas with coconut flakes and vanilla extract

Chocolate pb dreams

  1. Add peanut butter, bananas, cocoa powder and milk of choice and blend

Berry good nice cream

  1. Blend the ingredients and enjoy

Tips

  1. For a thicker ice cream consistency, freeze the mixture for at least an hour and use an ice cream scooper
