Decadent Vegan Chocolate Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 small mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2/3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Plant milk (about 1/3-1/2 cup)

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the buckwheat flour, mashed banana, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla extract.

  2. Gradually add plant milk to the mixture until you achieve a smooth batter consistency (approximately 1/3-1/2 cup).

  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  4. Pour a portion of the batter into the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin layer.

  5. Cook the omelette for a few minutes until bubbles start to form on the surface and the edges begin to lift.

  6. Gently flip the omelette and cook for another couple of minutes on the other side.

  7. Slide the cooked omelette onto a plate and repeat the process with the remaining batter.

  8. Serve the vegan chocolate omelette with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
