Vegan Chocolate, Strawberries, and Cream Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup spelt flour
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 scoop of chocolate fudge protein powder (or cocoa powder and sugar as a substitute)
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the spelt flour, plant milk, chocolate fudge protein powder (or cocoa powder and sugar), flax meal, and baking powder.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  4. Pour the omelette batter onto the pan, spreading it evenly to form a round shape.

  5. Cook the omelette on one side until the edges start to firm up and the surface starts to bubble.

  6. Carefully flip the omelette to the other side using a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  7. Remove the omelette from the pan and transfer it to a serving plate.

  8. Serve the omelette with your favorite toppings, such as coconut yogurt, strawberries, hazelnut butter, dark chocolate, and shredded coconut.
