- bananas
- coconut flakes
- vanilla extract
Chocolate pb dreams
- peanut butter
- bananas
- cocoa powder
- milk of choice
Berry good nice cream
- berries
Preparation
Snickers smoothie
Combine banana, nut milk, dates, cocoa powder, and nut butter in a blender and blend until smooth.
Top with coconut whip, crushed peanuts, or sea salt if desired.
Mango shake
Blend 3 cups of mango with coconut cream or milk until smooth.
Creamy coconut nice cream
Place bananas, coconut flakes, and vanilla extract in a blender and blend until creamy.
Chocolate pb dreams
Add peanut butter, bananas, cocoa powder, and milk of choice to a blender and blend until smooth.
Berry good nice cream
Blend the berries until smooth and enjoy.
Tips
For a firmer ice cream texture, freeze the mixture for at least one hour before serving.
