Healthy Vegan Shakes and Ice Cream

Ingredients

Snickers smoothie

  • banana
  • nut milk
  • dates
  • cocoa powder
  • nut butter

Mango shake

  • 3 cups mango
  • coconut cream or coconut milk

Creamy coconut nice cream

  • bananas
  • coconut flakes
  • vanilla extract

Chocolate pb dreams

  • peanut butter
  • bananas
  • cocoa powder
  • milk of choice

Berry good nice cream

  • berries

Preparation

Snickers smoothie

  1. Combine banana, nut milk, dates, cocoa powder and nut butter.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Top with coconut whip, crushed peanuts or sea salt if desired.

Mango shake

  1. Blend mango with coconut cream or coconut milk until smooth.

Creamy coconut nice cream

  1. Add bananas, coconut flakes and vanilla extract to a blender.

  2. Blend until creamy.

Chocolate pb dreams

  1. Add peanut butter, bananas, cocoa powder and milk of choice to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

Berry good nice cream

  1. Blend the berries until smooth.

Tips

  1. If you want a more ice cream-like consistency, freeze the mixture for at least an hour and scoop with an ice cream tool.
