Turmeric Cardamom Latte with Ginger and Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons turmeric or turmeric pepper blend
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 inch fresh ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the fresh ginger.

  2. Combine all ingredients except cinnamon.

  3. Heat the mixture over the stove for a few minutes to blend the turmeric.

  4. Transfer to a blender and froth.

  5. Top with cinnamon and serve warm. It is recommended to have this warm for best results, as it gently wakes you up and boosts the immune system.
