Turmeric Cardamom Latte with Ginger and Honey
Ingredients
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1.5 teaspoons turmeric or turmeric pepper blend
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 inch fresh ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Finely chop the fresh ginger.
Combine all ingredients except cinnamon.
Heat the mixture over the stove for a few minutes to blend the turmeric.
Transfer to a blender and froth.
Top with cinnamon and serve warm. It is recommended to have this warm for best results, as it gently wakes you up and boosts the immune system.
