Easy Creamy Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 pieces chicken fillet, cut
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup powdered milk
- 1/2 cup liquid cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried ginger
Preparation
In a thick-bottomed pot, put the butter and place the pot on medium heat to melt the butter.
Add the garlic and onion, stir the onion with a wooden spoon until it becomes transparent.
Add the chicken pieces and stir until it dries completely and becomes white. Do not let the chicken become dark as that will affect the soup color.
In a blender jug, put the water, flour, milk, cream, salt, pepper, and ginger, and run the blender on medium speed for a few seconds to blend the ingredients and get a smooth liquid.
Add the mixture to the chicken in the pot and stir the soup until it boils. Cover the pot and let the soup cook on low heat until it thickens and blends. Stir the soup several times during cooking.
Pour the soup and serve immediately.
