Tofu Scramble Burrito with Grilled Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil
  • Turmeric
  • Garlic powder
  • Dried minced onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onions
  • Red bell peppers
  • Tortilla wrap
  • Butter lettuce
  • Hot sauce

Preparation

  1. Drain and mash the tofu.

  2. Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon avocado oil and sauté the tofu, seasoning with turmeric, garlic powder, dried minced onion, salt, and pepper to taste, then set aside.

  3. Sauté onions and red bell peppers with some oil and a dash of salt until they turn brownish.

  4. Serve the tofu scramble in a tortilla wrap with butter lettuce and hot sauce.
