Chicken and Vegetable Stuffed Tortilla

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
  • 1 package of tortilla bread
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup soft butter
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

  1. In a deep bowl, place the chicken, add the spices and salt, mix and let it marinate for several hours.

  2. In a wide skillet, heat the oil, add the chicken, stir until it changes color, then leave it on low heat to cook.

  3. Take a tortilla bread, spread it with butter, add chicken pieces, spread tomatoes, onion, green pepper, and cheese, then fold the bread.

  4. Heat a thick-bottomed skillet or griddle, place the tortilla, leave until golden brown, flip to brown the other side, serve hot.
