Chicken and Vegetable Stuffed Tortilla
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
- 1 package of tortilla bread
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 2 tablespoons oil
Preparation
In a deep bowl, place the chicken, add the spices and salt, mix and let it marinate for several hours.
In a wide skillet, heat the oil, add the chicken, stir until it changes color, then leave it on low heat to cook.
Take a tortilla bread, spread it with butter, add chicken pieces, spread tomatoes, onion, green pepper, and cheese, then fold the bread.
Heat a thick-bottomed skillet or griddle, place the tortilla, leave until golden brown, flip to brown the other side, serve hot.
