Kayseri Meat and Vegetable Saute

Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground meat
  • Oil
  • 3 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 peppers
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper paste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Dried mint
  • Dried thyme
  • 1 package lavash bread

Preparation

  1. Chop the tomatoes, peppers, and onions separately.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and add onions, saute until they change color.

  3. Add ground meat and continue sauteing.

  4. Add the tomato and pepper pastes.

  5. Then add the peppers and tomatoes and cook.

  6. Once cooked, add salt and spices.

  7. Divide the mixture onto individual lavash breads.

  8. The dish is ready to serve.

Notes

  1. You can make the lavash bread yourself if desired.
