Banderi Sausage and Onion Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 kg German sausage
- 3 large onions
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- oil
- salt
- black pepper
- red pepper
- turmeric
- 2/3 cup water
Preparation
Heat oil in a medium-sized pan over medium heat
Add onions and sauté until softened and golden
Add sausage and cook until browned on all sides
Stir in tomato paste, salt, black pepper, red pepper, and turmeric
Pour in water, reduce heat, and simmer until the mixture is cooked through and flavors are blended
For serving, assemble sandwiches using burger buns, tomato, pickle, and parsley onion
Notes
