- Red pepper
- Carrot
- Salad leaves
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Edamame beans
Dipping sauce
- Hoisin sauce
- Sriracha mayonnaise
- Peanut butter
- Soy sauce

Preparation
Fry the teriyaki tofu until crispy on all sides.
Slice the vegetables into thin strips or appropriate sizes.
Rinse the rice paper under warm water for 5-10 seconds.
Lay the rice paper on a flat surface and add the fillings in the middle, leaving space on all sides.
Wrap by folding over one side, tucking in the shorter ends, and rolling up like a burrito.
Dipping sauce
Mix hoisin sauce with sriracha mayonnaise for a quick dipping sauce.
For peanut sauce, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and maple syrup until smooth.
Tips
Rinsing the rice paper under running water is easier and reduces cleanup compared to dipping in a bowl.
Avoid rinsing the rice paper for too long to prevent it from becoming overly soft and difficult to handle.
This dish is nourishing, refreshing, and fun to make, serving as a great light meal for lunch or dinner.
