Vegan Tofu Shakshuka Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 bell peppers
- 6 large tomatoes
- garlic
- paprika
- cumin
- salt
- tomato purée
- canned chopped tomatoes
- 1 block tofu
- turmeric
- coriander
- black pepper
- chilies
- olive bread
Preparation
Sauté garlic, an onion, two bell peppers, and 6 large tomatoes.
Add paprika, cumin, salt, tomato purée, and canned chopped tomatoes.
Blend a block of tofu with some salt and turmeric.
Add small heaps of the tofu mixture into the pan.
Top with coriander, black pepper, chilies.
Serve with toasted olive bread.
