Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Toppings of your choice
Preparation
Put the spinach, almond milk, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
