Vegan Gluten-Free Vanilla Crêpes
Ingredients
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 3/4 cups oat milk
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
- frozen berries
- coconut flakes
- chia seeds
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl and add them to the dry ingredients.
Heat some oil in a frying pan.
Cook the crêpes for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Stack them, add toppings, and serve.
