15 Minute Sausage Spaghetti Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pinch of sugar
  • cooked vegan sausages (optional)

Preparation

  1. Cook 1 can of chopped tomatoes in a pan on medium heat.

  2. Once it begins to bubble, add 1 tablespoon of dried oregano and 1 tablespoon of dried basil.

  3. Season with a little salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar.

  4. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

  5. Optionally, add cooked vegan sausages broken into small pieces to make a sausage spaghetti bowl.

  6. You can experiment by adding Italian seasoning or a teaspoon of cinnamon for variation.
