15 Minute Sausage Spaghetti Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- pinch of sugar
- cooked vegan sausages (optional)
Preparation
Cook 1 can of chopped tomatoes in a pan on medium heat.
Once it begins to bubble, add 1 tablespoon of dried oregano and 1 tablespoon of dried basil.
Season with a little salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar.
Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Optionally, add cooked vegan sausages broken into small pieces to make a sausage spaghetti bowl.
You can experiment by adding Italian seasoning or a teaspoon of cinnamon for variation.
