Avocado and Pickled Onion Topped Naan

Ingredients

  • Naan bread
  • Avocado
  • Hemp hearts
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning (optional)

Quick pickled onions

  • 1 small red onion
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2-3 tsp sugar

Preparation

  1. Heat the naan in the oven.

  2. Mash the avocado.

  3. Top the heated naan with mashed avocado, quick pickled onions, hemp hearts, red pepper flakes, and everything but the bagel seasoning.

Quick pickled onions

  1. Place all ingredients in a jar or container.

  2. Seal it up and shake to coat and mix.

  3. Place in fridge for 10-15 minutes or longer to soften onions.
