Air Fried Cheesy Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- Pink Himalayan salt
Preparation
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Chop a head of broccoli into florets.
Add the broccoli to a bowl and coat with 1 teaspoon avocado oil or olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, and sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt; mix well.
Once the air fryer is heated, cook the broccoli for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Try not to overcrowd the broccoli; you may need to make two batches.
Serve with vegan queso.
