Air Fried Cheesy Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • Pink Himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

  2. Chop a head of broccoli into florets.

  3. Add the broccoli to a bowl and coat with 1 teaspoon avocado oil or olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, and sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt; mix well.

  4. Once the air fryer is heated, cook the broccoli for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Try not to overcrowd the broccoli; you may need to make two batches.

  5. Serve with vegan queso.
