Air-Fried Protein-Packed Spaghetti Squash Vegan Tots

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cooked spaghetti squash
  • 1/4 cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Preparation

  1. Fork out the inside of half an already baked spaghetti squash to a bowl and pat out all of the added moisture using a paper towel or cheese cloth.

  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and place in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes for the mixture to set.

  3. Form the mixture into tater tots and place on a lined and sprayed baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, flip and bake for 5 more minutes.

  5. Transfer to the air fryer for the last 5 minutes; if you do not have an air fryer, leave in the oven.
