Asian Inspired Tofu Veg Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a red onion
  • handful of mushrooms
  • pressed firm tofu

Preparation

  1. Add the mushrooms & tofu to the pan with some fry-light or oil

  2. Season with veg stock/salt and garlic granules

  3. Add in some spinach at the end to wilt

  4. In a mason jar/bowl, for the sauce mix together: hoisin sauce, soy sauce, hummus or tahini, sriracha, garlic granules, water depending on how thick you want it to be

  5. Wash and pat dry lettuce leaves and add the sauce then the filling and enjoy
